Memory is a painter—it paints pictures of the past and of the day.”
–Anna Mary Robertson Moses
Heartland Hospice recently presented a special memory enrichment workshop at Azura Memory Care of Manitowoc. The residents and their families made memory boxes to keep and store treasured mementos and really had a fun time doing it. Residents were given choices of papers, stickers and other embellishments to really make their boxes personal. Thank you Wendy Limberg, Anne Hertel and Bryan Johnson for sharing your time and creativity.
This workshop made possible by a grant from the Heartland Hospice Memorial Fund.
