We are excited to announce the expansion of our Azura family into the communities of Brookfield and Fox Point is nearly complete! Both communities are set to open this Fall and will feature Azura’s MOSAIC Philosophy of care and our use of the Household Model.
Opening this October will be our Azura Assisted Living and Memory Care of Brookfield at Mierow Farms community located at 16030 W. Washington Drive in Brookfield and yes you read that right! Our parent company, Azura Living, LLC, is expanding our services to include those looking for general Assisted Living too! These two homes will focus on offering independence with necessary supports to enhance care and help maintain the vibrancy of our resident’s lives.
In addition, our Brookfield community will also feature two Memory Care homes dedicated to serving those with memory loss related to Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. All four households will surround a community friendly garden for horticultural therapy and the grounds also include a local produce and Christmas tree stand and a 100-year-old barn once used by the Mierow family.
Hard Hat Sneak Peek Tours are currently being scheduled for the following dates and times, please RSVP to Amy Kesler, Director of Community Relations at 262-227-0075 or by emailing her at email@example.com today!
November is when our Azura Memory Care of Fox Point community is scheduled to begin welcoming residents to our home located at 7770 N. Port Washington Road in Fox Point. This four household community also features our MOSAIC Philosophy and was built with the Household Model principles in mind. Each household includes special features to support those with memory loss and aid in their care and quality of life.
In addition, the households are connected by our North Shore Cafe, which is a beautiful space that will welcome residents and families for meals, presentations, entertainers and more! We can not wait to introduce our EXCEPTIONAL care and engagement programming to the community of Fox Point and have begun accepting reservations for our upcoming Hard Hat Sneak Peek Tours.
