Nikki is the Human Resources Recruiter for Azura! She started working in healthcare 15 years ago as a dietary aid, and from there, her love of taking care of residents only grew! She went on to complete her CNA training at Quality Health Care Options.
Nikki started working at Azura as the House Manager in Oak Creek. Since then, she has completed her standard precautions, fire safety and first aid training, and her Wisconsin Assisted Living Administration courses. Nikki is very excited to be starting in the Recruiter role because she loves the onboarding process and training new team members!
