Reconditioning Rehabilitation

Azura of Lakewood’s Reconditioning Rehabilitation program specializes in the rehabilitation of guests who have experienced an acute episode of illness or undergone a surgical procedure with subsequent deterioration in functional ability. Our aim is to provide specialized therapy to allow patients to maximize their functional improvement and achieve realistic goals.

Your therapy team including a rehabilitation physician will access your current abilities and formulate a treatment plan for you based on your individual needs and goals.
