Our My Continuum of Care Plan^TM is designed to help you direct, plan, and communicate to others your preferences regarding your health care plan. By using this tool, you and those who care about you will experience increased comfort knowing that when the need arises, your My Continuum of Care Plan^TM is in place and your preferences are known.

The people closest to our guests often play a vital role in their recovery process. This is why we encourage loved ones to actively participate in all of our therapy programs. Our suites are provided with sleep recliners for those special occasions when going home is out of the question.
